Salzburgerland is the least known ski area and with 865 kms of immaculately groomed pistes is an absolutely stunning and undiscovered gem waiting to be found. Styria offers wonderful skiing on the Dachstein glacier and the popular resort of Schladming and the Tirol has such delights as Innsbruck, although to purchase in the Tirol the property must be the permanent residence.

Discover the area in winter and summer. In winter there are no lift queues and fast telecabines and 8 man chairs whisk you up to superlative skiing and whether you are advanced or a beginner there are slopes for everyone. The ski schools are "second to non" and the mountain restaurants are dotted throughout the region offering inexpensive lunches. In Summer the activities are endless: from mountain biking, golf, jet boating, walking and climbing and rowing on clear water lakes. Forty minutes south of Salzburg the sight seeing is memorable.
