This is a lovely, cosy holiday chalet in Embach. Embach is an idyllic mountain village approximately 1,013m above sea height in the midst of Salzburgerland, at the edge of the national park Hohe Tauern. The village is a very good holiday area for families, the whole year round.

For skiers there is a local slope near by, but there are brilliant neighbouring ski areas such as Raurisertal and Gasteineral they are approximately 40 minutes away. In Embach you can find one of the most beautiful cross country ski tracks. In the summer Embach is also a nice holiday area because there are lots of places for hiking, walking and bicycling. There are a lot of destinations such as the Grossglockner, the Krimmler Wasserfalle and there are a lot of alpine lakes near Embach.

The property was built approximately 9 years ago, one can enjoy all aspects of nature there. At the front of the villa there is a south facing sun terrace where there are stunning views of the Rauriser Tal.

The chalet comprise downstairs WC, good sized living room and Kitchen, the upstairs has been made out into a studio apartment with 1 bedroom 42m2 with the possibilities of being split into 2 bedrooms with a large balcony and 1 bathroom.
