This apartment is in an area of Hochkrimml known as Silberleiten. There are 15 small apartment houses, each with 7-9 apartments.

The apartments lie directly in the skiing area 'Gerlosplatte' at about 1700 m above sea level, you can ski to the front door. Also, there is a cross country ski track beside the apartment houses. There are many hiking trails nearby.
